* the email used to register is the one will be used as the recipient email, meaning that this is the official email to send all the notifications of the orders.

* you have three days to fill a compliant about a specific order, compliants are sent eaither through our official Email or by calling our official phone number.

6. Delivery:

We aim to deliver meat products promptly and efficiently. Delivery times and charges are specified during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Refund and cancelation Policy:

after placing an order you can still contact customer service to cancel it, however you can not cancel the order if it is already in the “order prepared” stage at the time you ask for cancellation.

What is “order prepared” stage? It means your order has been successfully prepared and will be scheduled for delivery at the time you specified early.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
